From Kitchen Assistant To Assistant General Manager
Mad Egg was my first job and my first professional experience within hospitality. This opportunity provided me with great development and learning. I have been in a constant evolution starting off as a kitchen assistant and today I’m an assistant general manager. Over the past three years, I had many challenges and the opportunity to work in all Mad Egg units which allowed me to extract the best from each place and continue to grow and develop.

My favourite without a doubt is The Goat, the combination of garlic mayo, parmesan and bacon are fantastic.
